Add a new sector

Lowercase, no spaces. This is the ID everything references (e.g. tech, fashion, crypto). Cannot be changed later.

Leave blank if the site isn't ready. You can add it later in the Projects tab.

This registers the section (paused by default). After creating it, add its RSS feeds and prompt so the pipeline can run it.
